The Division III Dutchmen play in the Middle Atlantic Conference, and went 15-3 in the conference and 24-5 overall this past season under coach Todd Goclowski.
LVC won the MAC title with a win over rival Messiah, and won a first-round game in the NCAA Division III playoffs before falling to Montclair State in a second-round game.
Former Lampeter-Strasburg standout Renee Fritz wrapped up her senior season for the Dutchmen this winter. She dominated in the paint for the Pioneers before Lantz came along to do the same.
Lantz, a major low-post threat who dominated around the glass for the Pioneers, averaged 15.4 points in her senior season for Lampeter-Strasburg, which opened the campaign 14-0, won the Section 3 championship and finished 23-5 overall, including a setback to Lancaster Catholic in the league finale.
She was a PennLive.com All-Star and our Section 3 MVP.
Lantz finished her prep career with 1,300 points.
