On Monday, Hagino, the No. 1 seed, topped Warwick's Tony Deimler, the No. 4 seed, 6-1, 6-1 in one semifinal, while Mast, the No. 2 seed, knocked out Exeter's Nolan Perugini, the No. 3 seed, 6-2, 6-3 in the other semi.
Mast finished third last year.
Deimler suffered an injury during his match vs. Hagino and he opted out of the third-place match vs. Perugini, who was awarded third via injury default.
Hagino, Mast and Perugini earned spots in the PIAA Class AAA championships, set for May 24-25 at Hershey Racquet Club.
Meanwhile, in the Class AA finale, Wyomissing's Ricardo Saad, the No. 1 seed, topped Lancaster Country Day's Blaise Casselbury 6-3, 0-6, 6-0 in the championship match.
Saad also topped Casselbury in last year's Class AA finale by a 6-2, 6-0 count.
He also won the rematch on Monday.
Also Monday, Wyomissing's Andre Fick topped Brandywine Heights' Diego Pinto 6-3, 7-6 (9) in the third-place match.
Saad, who won his third District 3 championship, Casselbury and Fink qualified for the PIAA championships, set for May 24-25 at the Hershey Racquet Club.
The District 3 doubles tournament is Friday and Saturday, also at Hershey Racquet Club. The first two rounds are Friday, starting at noon. Stay tuned for the Class AAA and Class AA doubles draw.
