Players: Sam Light, 5-11 sr G

                 Richard Iwuagwu, 5-11 sr G

                 Isaac Ray, 5-11 jr G

                 Daymon Long, 6-0 sr F

Back-door cuts: While the well-tested Bouchette probably will be the tallest figure on the Northern Lebanon bench yet again, a lack of size has hardly been a significant hindrance for a steadily improving Vikings program that excels when the tempo and pace are quickened. That said, Bouchette definitely is pleased to have the lightning-fast Light bouncing around the backcourt launching true jumpers or flashing toward the rim seeking a finish or a trip to the line. Light averaged 23-plus a year ago (22 games in double figures) and likely will need to post similar numbers — veteran wings Iwuagwu and Ray also can fill it up — to keep the Vikings simmering near the top of the Section 3 standings. He has a terrific chance to wind up No. 1 on NLeb’s points list. Will definitely need to rebound and defend extremely well, but this is an entertaining team to watch.

Projected order of finish: 1st of 6.

First game: Friday, Dec. 6 vs. Middletown in the Annville-Cleona Tip-Off Tournament. 6 p.m. start.

First home game: Wednesday, Dec. 11 vs. Tulpehocken. 7:30 tip.
