The Mustangs took a 17-0 lead before Charles Waple (138) and Taje Daniel (145) put their opponents on their backs for falls to get the Spartans back in the match.
Eric Shirley (160), Jermaine McQueen (182), Chris Galitz (220) and Myles Taylor (106) took it from there, securing falls to put the Mustangs away.
Susquenita 46, Trinity 24: Adam Geiger defeated Jay Bennett 9-4 in the featured match at 195, but the Shamrocks fell to the Blackhawks. Corey Sheibley (113), George Anderson (145) and Todd Mullen (182) had pins in the victory. The Blackhawks also took advantage of four forfeits.
