McCaskey sits atop the L-L League boys' basketball power poll.

LANCASTER - With three section games to go in the regular season, here is a fresh L-L League boys' basketball power poll.

Plenty of intrigue on the table with a week and a half to go.

Here's the list ...

1. McCaskey (13-0, 17-2) - Make that 17 wins in a row for the Red Tornado, which knocked off Philly Electrical Charter 67-54 on Saturday in the Geigle Shootout in Reading. Section 1 is in the bag, and McCaskey will go for back-to-back league crowns in two weeks.

2. Donegal (13-0, 19-0) - Lone undefeated boys' team in the L-L League just keeps doing that - winning. Indians have won any different number of ways; three more victories and they'll polish off a 22-0 regular season. Impressive.

3. Elizabethtown (11-2, 13-5) - Bears have won 7 of 9 and have locked up the Section 2 gold trophy, with leading scorer Tyler Koser (injury) on the pine. E-town wants to get him healthy - and go into the playoffs hot.

4. Lancaster Catholic (10-3, 13-5) - Crusaders are gunning for their fifth section title in a row, and are fighting like mad to fend off Lancaster Mennonite, which is a game back with three to go. Blazers at Crusaders on February 5 in the season finale. Hang a star next to that one.

5. Cedar Crest (8-5, 12-7) - Had to slide the Falcons in here - and why not? Cedar Crest is riding a 7-game winning tear and is part of a hairy 3-way tie for second place in Section 1. Falcons are thinking playoffs.

HONORABLE MENTION: Cocalico (6-7, 9-9), Hempfield (7-6, 10-8), Lampeter-Strasburg (9-4, 12-7), Lancaster Mennonite (9-4, 13-6), Lebanon (6-7, 9-9), Lebanon Catholic (7-6, 13-6), Manheim Central (7-6, 11-6), Manheim Township (8-5, 10-8), Northern Lebanon (9-4, 14-5), Warwick (8-5, 10-9).
