The PIAA girls’ basketball playoff brackets will not become official until the district chairpersons start plugging in their numbers from across the state, and that should happen at some point on Sunday.
But confirming scores and records and filling out an empty bracket, we have the first-round matchups for you here.
There are no venues or tip times yet; just dates for the first round in each classification.
Class AAAA and Class AA start on Friday, March 7 and Class AAA and Class A begin on Saturday, March 8.
The championship games in all four classifications will be contested in Hershey’s Giant Center.
